Excellent service, faster than I expected, and fully repaired my laptop. He was even able to restore all my "stuff" (which was a big concern for me.) much faster and less expensive than other previous repair.

I'm sure the guy knows what he's doing, but he's so unprofessional. I brought in my PC build 3 months ago for him to tell me that I need a new computer because it doesn't work, when almost all of the parts were brand new, without issues because I've tested it myself. I bring in some parts that I know that 100% work, ask for him to hook it up so I could just have a pc running again. He tells me again that I need a new computer and nothing works and that I supposedly knew it's broken. I go home and build the computer myself the next morning, in an hour. It works perfectly fine as I tested it before I asked him to build it, ( I was lazy that's why I paid him to do it), the reason he did not get it working was because he did not connect wires to a part I asked him to install or else it wouldn't turn on. I told this man clearly to install this part, and when I come to pick up the " broken " PC, he tells me it's an extra part. He did not install it and that is why it did not turn on. Wasted $95, a weeks worth of time, and the guy was a clown asking for manuals, and also making me drive back to my home back and forth, all three times I went over because he did not include for me to bring something he needs to help build the computer. Three times I went, and three times I went back and forth because he's not clear on what he needs to build the PC. Got to the point where I just gave him his money and ran out as fast as I could, would NOT recommend this ridiculous place.
