Insurance Advice. They sent an email asking for me to sign that my 16 year old son wont be driving the vehicle. I asked if they could give an extension and mail me a paper form. Yes, but you will have a lapse in coverage and start over again! I said thats unacceptable may I speak to who just told you that.

Bad experience today over 1 hour to remove a vehicle of my policy and remove the motor club fee paying for more than a year,manager Diana is putting people to work with no training Diana was over the phone helping asking many dome questions and forcing me to have the motor club and asking if I don't have other motor club I have to putting that whit them,I have 30 driving with out accident other insurance company will have my money I will go from them

We git here at 9:00 am they open at 10:00 am the girl left with a bank bag at 9:33 am its 10:14 am and she still not back this is ridiculous why not go to the bank earlier you have a lot of people out here waiting in this heat very unprofessional!!!!
