Option 1st Pool Care Services

Thanks to Thad for diagnosing a couple of issues with our pool that our current pool company hasn't appropriately addressed. He gave us options and his recommendations for correcting them. We don't want to put a lot of money into the pool right now and he took that into consideration, letting us know what to be concerned about and what is not a real concern. I recommend his services.

First time owning the above-ground pool. I had contacted several companies for service before them and figured there are not companies that provide service for above-ground pool. Thad was SUPER quick to respond by phone or text. I LOVE it!!! (There were some companies that took me days to get responses) He was able to quickly diagnose the issue I had and suggested for future maintenance. When my pump stopped working he was able to fix it quickly and he came back several times to make sure it was properly working. He is very reliable and provides quality service you can count on. I do not normally write reviews but I want to share my experience with other ppl that they do provide great service and care for their customers. I called Thad with , Option 1st Pool Care Service. He took my call , and made it out to my house within two hours. He quickly found and repaired two different problems that I was having with my filtering operation. Thad was very friendly and offered some free advice. He was very knowledgeable and honest with letting me know my filters had time on them before needing to be replaced. I would highly recommend his services to any pool owner.
