The lady that helped us was rude and not helpful at all. She was talking as if we were dumb. He had a brown shirt long hair. Its also over priced here, stay away.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is unreliable. Goodluck getting them on the phone to get info! And if you do manage to reach someone do not believe it when they say they will call you back, that is their stall tactic. We got a whole slew of excuses (they even tried to say we had already picked up our order)and even got hung up on more than once. When my windows finally arrived I saw the corners had flaws (where you have to do the 45 degree cut) and dents in the frames. Not worth the headache

Unethical, Unresponsive , Unprofessional company starting with Business Owner Reyes Arellano. This company should not be dealing with the public.The owner Reyes Arrellano is unethical. Once you pay him your money is lost. This guy measured my windows , built them wrong size and blamed me for signing his contractors. Good luck and find a better Service: Remodeling

Purchased a new home from 1950's and replaced all the windows for a competitive price. Cristian provided great communication & service throughout the whole process. Windows were double pane, energy efficient & even after a couple of months, he still provided support for a couple of issues that came up. Very HAPPY with my selection.
