        OCTA staff continues to restore my faith in the concept of customer service. I lost my backpack on a bus, and assumed the worst. I contacted a very helpful lost and found department representative and she gave me specifics on when I could try to meet the same bus on its next trip back. She also informed me of my options otherwise. Fortunately for me, the bus operator had secured my bag shortly after my departure and I received it back with everything intact Kudos to all involved! OCTA Lost & Found staff, the operator (Edward) and helpful bus patrons who were riding the 71 that day- Thank you :)
