Scheduled for my Dad to be picked up from his Care Facility and taken to his physical therapy appointment because my wife and I both work. Called at the end of the day to ask my Dad how things went. He informed me that they never showed up. Called there office. They said that they got the dates mixed up and apologized for it. They said they would give me a discount on the next trip but at this point I just can't trust them to be reliable.

I do not usually write reviews but this one is an exemption. It was 11pm when my dad felt something strange on his knee and said he wants to have it checked. I immediately browsed for a wheelchair transport. Assuming all companies are close, I decided to book online. After going through tons of companies, I was just getting frustrated for how long the booking process is for most companies until I found CA Transport. Right there and then when I saw how easy it is to book online, I booked a trip for my dad. After 5 minutes, I already got a text from Claire regarding my booking. My dad and I were anticipating a morning run to the doctor but with how quick the service is, we decided to book a 12mn trip to the ER. It was shocking how convenient it is to book with them and what's more shocking is our driver Paulo came right on time, stayed with us the whole time and happily brought us home. He waited for 4 hours with me and maintained professional yet very accommodating. You can instantly feel the concern from these people and not just doing business. They have been a family to us since then. We are so glad to find CA Transport especially in times like this. I highly recommend them. They are very good people and they will treat you like a family.

Scheduled a wheelchair trip for my dad and Paulo arrived right on time. He waited for half an hour for my dad to get ready and last minute we had to request for a gurney transport. He immediately picked up Michelle and accommodated us. So glad I found CA Transport I had a worry free booking for my dad who needed to be transported from Tustin to Redlands! Thank you again Paulo and Michelle!
