Kao's TV repair service is a 10/10! He fixed my TV in a jiffy and came extremely prepared which cut down my time in getting my TV fixed, I highly recommend using his mobile TV repair service! Now I can get back to my Netflix binge ! Thank you so much!

This guy is a scam artist. I texted him about my tv and he asked me to text him model and the problem with the tv, so i texted him both. He said it will cost him $50 to come see whats wrong with the tv and I said thats fine but I asked him from the looks of the tv being fixed is it going to be more than just buying a new tv. He said no since it was only the black light . He came for 2 mins and tried to charge me $385 and $175, i said no, then he said ok $35. this guy came for literally 2 mins and try to charge me almost $600. Hes lucky I even gave him money. Guy is a scam. BEWARE!!!!

Had a used Samsung flat screen that would not turn on. He comes to your place. Power button would flash red. He came 11/09/23, took apart the panel, saw the component that needed repair, quoted me a reasonable repair and took the part with him. He had the courtesy to ask if it was the only tv I had in case the repair would need parts that he didn't have and if he had to order them. I told him I was in no rush. He brought it back the next day repaired! He communicated both by phone and text. I'm grateful to him. He was professional and experienced. 40+ years and going strong. I'll reference him to all my friends. Thank you Mr. Kao.
