        The Asian employee was very kind and polite but the Latino boy called me gay right to my face while taking my shipping order. UPS needs to stop hiring people that don't have manners.

        thanks to the owner and staff, i alway stop here for return and ship, the staff was very helpful and quick, especially when you have amazon return compare to others place like staple.

        The price they offer in person is twice as much as the online quote. I would just do everything online cause it should not cost around ~$30-200 to ship ONE 3LB PACKAGE. That is absurd.
