I purchased my own tshirts and gave them to this company to print my company info and n, both sides.. I got the shirts after over a week but they misspelled my important company name!! OMG! on all my shirts both sides, I guess they dont have quality control.. so then they said theyll try to fix them.. and let Me know ina. Couple days .. days went by no reply.. I called them 3 times in one Week to get a response, to know if they could fix them.. finally after about a week of just waiting on a n answer they said they cant fix them .. so I said .. please I need the shirts to wear wear with my name and they said,so Ill just use these u til you can make me replacements .. but they said, if I take my shirts I bought for them to print into back then they wouldnt give me replacements.!! What??they also said they would keep my original shirts and use them for something else.. I bought these special for work.. !! Not fair at all.. cheap and penny pinching here.. Thanks, I guess the customers are always wrong here.. I wont go here again.. theyve become a business of who ever pays the most gets good service and the little guys like us get screwed if this sign shop happens to make a mistake.. not fair or good business at all. No excuses,, Id never treat a client like this.. theyve made me wait over a week for bad shirts then wanted me to get at to give up the T-shirts I already purchased and then wait for who knows how long for anything they will give me.. no thanks .. not recommended to go here unless youre important enough for their needs.. how sad ..
