        I've gotten my transcripts here in the past and there's this gentleman who is very helpful. I got him twice but today, I went in and got a lady in the front left side desk right by the door. Her and the "boss" of the transcripts spoke down to me and I didn't appreciate their tone whatsoever. I asked a simple question which was "can a family member order my transcripts for me since I live about 45 mins away and my family lives about 10 mins". The way they responded made it seem like it was a dumb question to ask. The lady at the front desk made a face and asked me "how many more transcripts do you need?" That shouldn't matter. The "boss" lady who handles the transcripts made me feel like my question was stupid just because I asked if my brothers could place an order for my transcripts for me. Overall this past experience wasn't great at all. I didn't like how both women treated me and made me feel stupid for asking a simple question. It makes me not want to go there to get my transcripts but unfortunately I have to because I cannot retrieve it online.
