I was at the CRV Recycle Center on Chapman in Garden Grove earlier today, Thursday, October 26, 2023, and the young gentleman working there refused to help me. After I had been standing in line behind the customer he was helping for a few minutes, he told me he was going to lunch. It was around 1:10 p.m. He told me his name was Donavan when I asked him and I told him that I would be reporting him. I thought that was very disrespectful. Im a 68 year old Black Woman with limited abilities. Young people have no manners or respect for the elderly. There was no one else waiting behind me and he certainly could have helped me, if he wanted to. That would be good customer service. I only had two trash bags of plastic bottles. Instead, he turned me away with not so much as a blink of an eye, . I already left a comment about my experience on the CRV website and now this review on Google. I will also leave a review on Yelp. The Corporate Office and the public should be aware of the type of customer services their Staff is providing. Save yourself. I do not recommend this Recycle Center. Two thumbs all the way down.

Came here 15 minutes before closing. The attendant refused to take our recycling and was super rude. Guess we have to our business elsewhere. Zero star if possible.
