We are so happy to choose John as our Realtor in purchase our current home. Nothing brings us more joys than to see our new home everyday after work. We have been in the US only for a short time . We were looking to buy a house in Orange County, and were referred to John by a good friend. I interviewed many Realtors to list my home in Garden Grove, California. My brother is also an active realtor, but I decided to go with John. I had multiple offers within a of couple days and escrow was closed only 3 weeks after the house was put on the market. That was so quick and amazing. I sold the house for much more than I initially wanted. Mr John Nguyen is probably the most professional Real Estate Agent I've had. I am an international student studying in California. My parents came from Vietnam visiting me and also wanted to invest in real estate in Orange County, CA. They would pay all cash for the house.We went through a couple of realtors, but somehow those realtors can not help us to get our offer accepted. John Nguyen was referred to us by a friend who attended John's Real Estate school. At the time, my parents had only little over a week left in the US. In order to maximize my parents time, he made back-to-back appointments to check out houses that he think my parents would like. Finally, our offer got accepted to the house my parent selected, and escrow went through smoothly. My parents were so happy, and as well as impressed and grateful to John s help. He is hard working, knowledgeable, and professional Broker. He is very responsive to our questions no matter what hour of the day. John took the time to explain, analyzed details and made sure all our questions were answered. He provided great input/advise from the start, and continued to help even after closing the Escrow. One Stop Realty & Financial real estate academy is awesome. Broker John Nguyen is extraordinary, resourceful, and passionate at teaching. You can also choose go to class in person Sunday or through Zoom for flexibility. He gives a preview of next week's lesson so you know what to expect. John makes sure to communicate with you consistently in order for success. He's there to guide you step by step on how to obtain a real estate license. Mr. Nguyen is incredible at helping his students to pass their exam by ensuring that each of his students understand the material taught. His method of teaching will keep you engaged and you won't ever find yourself bored. He's always available if you have any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend for anyone want to start their new real estate career!
