I really wanted to like this company, when I booked with them for my wedding, the woman talking to me upgraded my chairs for free and i really appreciated that so much. This place had me hooked and i would've been a loyal repeat customer if it wasn't for what they did leading up to the day. Originally I booked for them to drop off at 8am the day of the wedding, but as it got closer to the day I realized it would be better to have them deliver the day before the wedding. I called them to ask if they could deliver the day before at 4pm instead and they assured me they would be there. The day before the wedding comes and no one shows up, i try calling and calling, no one answers. Day of the wedding 8 am no one shows up. I finally get ahold of them at 8:15. They let me know they are on their way, but they do not arrive until 11am. When they arrived, one of the delivery men is complaining about how the woman shouldn't have upgraded us for free and is complaining that we got too good of a deal on our chairs. Extremely unprofessional if you ask me. They would've had a repeat customer, but now i will never rent from them again, not after the stress they put me through the day of my wedding.

Great customer service. I rented the two tiki bars at reasonable prices and the two gentlemen helped with loading the items on my truck but also took time to show me how to assemble them.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. To state facts over emotions, I had my rental planned and set for my baby shower tomorrow with Haz Rentals and they decided to stop returning my calls, texts, and almost ruined everything due to lack of communication and professionalism. Thankfully, I found "All About Fun" rentals and they saved the day!!
