Too slow employees. Cause I had my daughter appointment at 2.00pm and we see the doctor 2hrs later a 4:00 pm. I fall sleeping just waiting. No good

I just had my first visit to Acuity in Garden Grove and I was very happy with my visit. Everyone is so nice, very helpful, very knowledgeable. Dr. Tsui and all the associates were very professional. Its a very clean facility. Looking forward to my new glasses!

I would strongly encourage patients to not see Dr. Suk. He lacks professional decorum and has horrible bedside manners.When bringing up the fact he lacks communication he disregarded what I vocalized and stated " that's my opinion". Obviously it is my opinion that is valid and there is a reason I spoke up and said something. He then proceeded to say if I don't like the way he does things I should go to someone else. There was no acknowledgement of his poor actions or even a sensible response. I will be taking further action against this Dr as I strongly feel he has been mistreating patients and disregarding them and unengaging with them during their appointments.
