Edit: bringing down to 1 star since they spilled oil on my car and didnt even say anything or clean it. Wont be back to this location Overall was generally a good experience. I went to get an oil change. Most of the employees there were good and I had no issues with them. The service went smoothly since it was just an oil change. I normally bring my own supplies (provide my own oil and oil filter) because of preference. The issue I had though was that when I was paying for my service I tried using the $15 off coupon for an invoice of $40 or more and they didnt honor it. The lead or manager that was helping me said that they have a fixed price for labor. I was confused since I previously went to another Valvoline months ago and I did the same exact thing (brought my own oil & filter and used the coupon) and it was honored there. When I showed him proof that they honored it at the other location he said not sure why they did that, they shouldnt have applied that coupon. My thing is, he might be right since I dont know what their policy is on that but from a customer service point of view, I feel like the right thing to do wouldve been have to honor it this time and just told me that moving forward he wont be able to it. I wouldve been totally fine if that was the case. I might be nitpicking a little but that definitely lowered my overall experience there.
