Kelvin and the team at Namy have helped us out a ton with purchasing a mortgage in Anaheim-- we cannot say enough great things! We were able to put in an offer for the mortgage for the same listed amount. We were able to finance via a loan - with a low closing cost - that the company has patiently assisted us with. PLUS Kelvin negotiated to get over ~$2k of refunds from the bank to help us offset the partial closing cost, and offered to help with refinancing once interest rates are down with no additional charge. I always recommend my friends to the team at Namy for all their real estate and mortgage needs, but never got a chance to write them a proper review so here it is! Kelvin and Ngoc are not only knowledgeable and intelligent, their professionalism and passion surpass our expectations. As first time buyers, we had absolutely no idea how the process work and how rigorous it was, especially during covid time. They stepped in and took care of us from A to Z and made it such an ease. We even saved so much money which was impossible at that time. Thank you so much for taking care of us! We will continue to spread the word and send all our friends to you guys!

Long overdue review. Its never easy to find anyone you can trust especially in business. I had used many lenders in the past and very skeptical when they said zero closing cost. Its either higher interest rate or some hidden fees in the end. 2021, I shopped around with 6 different lenders and ended up using Namy because of the lowest interest rate and zero closing cost quote. Again, was very skeptical how this was going to pan out. Surprisedly, Kelvin not only was true to his words, hes very dedicated, always answer my calls or texts even night time or weekend, helped me closed the 3 refinances and cash-out smoothly. On top of that, he used his commission to cover the fees to make sure I paid zero dollar for closing cost. Where can you find this kind of service and business in this society? I doubted even at charity. Im thankful for his strong and good work ethics. Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue. But, first I wanted to start by saying thank you to the team at Namy Inc. We would not be in a home today if not for their efforts and hard work. As a first-time home buyer, We had no idea how complicated the home-buying process was and what we were getting ourselves into. Kelvin and David were so nice and understanding throughout the entire process. Guiding what seems like 2 blind mice(my wife and I) through a shifting maze of houses and paperwork. When we did decide on a house we wanted Kelvin and his team would work tirelessly to get the deal done. Throughout the entire process, Kelvin was kind, polite, and punctual in getting us the information we needed to make the best decision possible. For each location, Kelvin and David would take the time to explain if we wanted to remodel this home how much it might cost, and what we could do ourselves vs hiring someone. Im happy to report we have been in this house for almost 3 years and love every bit of it. We are so happy and thankful to Kelvin and David. I cant wait until Im able to work with these gentlemen again. Keep up the great work guys!
