We had been trying since August 2020 to refinance with other companies and it had just been a headache and a time loss. Then in May we were redirected to Able Financial and they promised it was going to be a quick and easy transaction. Since we had heard those words before my husband and I were skeptical but kept an open mind and went with Able Financial in order to refinance our two properties. And it was such a peace of mind when we started communicating with Chief Operation Officer Ca-vin Phan. Ca-vin is super helpful, informative, responds promptly to calls and e-mails and best of all, we has so much patience and answers all your questions in a very profesional way and we never received any attitude from him despite all our questions and concerns.
