Ceasar Lonzo provided outstanding service and was the only bright spot during our escrow. He was responsive, approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, he was able to answer all our questions and keep us at ease. He is willing to reach out to the appropriate parties to ensure each task is achieved for you to close on time. He will consistently keep you updated throughout the whole process. He is very reliable and we were fortunate to have had him as our loan officer. We will use him again in the future and suggest his services for anyone needing any loan.

Ceasar at United Fidelity Fund Corp is the absolute best!! He was so helpful and made the whole process easy, and actually enjoyable. Ceasar not only took the time to explain the various loan options available to me, but kept me informed throughout the entire process. With everything going on in the world we were worried we wouldn't be able to make our mortgage payment if the economy took a dump. So we looked around to see if we would find someone to help us refinance our home to lower our payment in case something happened. I looked for months till I found UFF (Ceasar). I went to him and at the time he looked at my paperwork and he was so honest he said it wasn't in my best interest to refinance right now so I trusted him. He wasn't like other people who put pressure on me to refinance knowing I wasn't going to save money or if it was in my best interest to refinance. I had other people who I had reached out calling me telling to refinance just to make money.  I waited a little longer and I went back and he then informed me that my property had the value and it would be in our best interest to refinance. So we did and I am so thankful to Ceasar as he went above and beyond in every aspect of not only showing me what he was doing step by step but he is still there with every question I have. No matter how small or big the question is. He held our hand thru the whole process and I know he even helped with other things that where not in his job description but he did it from his heart. He is honest, kind, and he care about people. He really does want to help and its rare in this business. He is on top of his game and he knows what he is doing. I will never go anywhere now that I found him. He is our guy now!!Oh and lets not forget about Janielle she is also amazing. Always letting me know what is needed and she was quick to offer to help in anyway she could.
