Despite the 4/5 rating, love this place. Cute decor and vibe!! Drinks were delish Only bad thing that should be worked on is customer service. Once step foot in store, it takes a while to be serviced. Drinks took more than 20 minutes to be made even when there are maybe 1 or 2 other customers. Perhaps hire more employees since that may be an issue

Drinks are okay. We got a cute rubber ducky from it. Workers should be more mindful of what they wear when working, though. Some message tees might be funny to the wearer but can be offensive to the customers. It may be a casual boba shop but there should still be some semblance of professionalism, especially in what one wears while serving customers.

So far their drinks and boba have been really good but the service is always a gamble. The first time I came in my friend and I were helped immediately and the next two times I've gone in the time to be served has taken longer or the time to make my drink has taken longer. Last time I came in the wait to take my order was about 10-15 minutes without any other customers in line.
