Sababa Falafel Shop

So this is second best falafel I had in my life!!!! The pita sandwich was so good I keep dreaming about it! The fried vegetable with pickle and sauces were so well balanced. Employee seems nice but they were kind of disorganized, whoever was free was calling people to order , a bit chaotic and they got our order mixed up ..not sure how but we had to wait extra 15 mins for our order. Considering this is chipotle style where you pick things then they put in as you order....15minites felt like a life time Parking sucks real bad and weird loud classical music from 7/11 next door was Fighting with energetic music in Sababa. Wish we could eat in a bit more calming environment. But will I come back? Definitely ! Especially when am in a good mood and does not mind the hectic or parking and odd music mixing in my ears while eating.

The girl called Islam the blonde one is rude and she thinks she knows how to do customer service and obviously she doesnt,,, skipping that on iftar time she managed to make some people she knows to skip the line but also she decided that I was skipping the line the thing is I had grocery bags with me and I was bothering people behind and the on who took my order told me that were okay to pay now and she started to act like crazy just when she saw me standing there silently not making anything I didnt even ask them to pay but she was bossing the girl with the hijab to not let me pay thinking that she knows everything about the situation. Long story short she ruined my iftar and my day with that attitude, and know no one will care but I had to say it . I think this shop can do better with their staff training with the attitude.
