I signed up for the app to get the free burger after the Superbowl. I couldn't get it to work after several trys I finally gave up

Nine out of 10 times, they ask you to move your car out of the drive thru and pull up in front of the restaurant so their drive thru ticket times dont look like theyre taking too long. Theres so many times I want to just say no but since theyre handling my food, I dont want to make them mad and potentially do something to my food, (its just the automatic thought because of the horror stories weve heard, people are capable of it despite what we want to believe of people). Anyway, they are usually nice about it and maybe they do it because theyre always understaffed, which is definitely out of their control. Only leaving a review so the higher-ups can understand what their staff are having to do because theres not enough bodies or support, especially in the evening to night shifts.
