        If I could give them a 0, I would. It is impossible to reach an operator. When selecting the option for sales, the person who answers is completely clueless and asks you to text them personal information so that they can "try and assist". Over a month and still unable to receive the order.

        Thank you Genesis! They know what diaper to recommend my mom. It was very absorbent and comfortable. amazing. removes all the guess work in choosing diapers.

        I am a regular user of Genesis's products for 4+ years.. Their products are much better and cheaper than the other brands. I would strongly advice all to start using their products even if you are using some other well known brands. They are based in California but they do ship all over US.
