Place is rude to patients don't care about patients who finished study for them staff very rude u ask for managers this place don't care at all stay away from here there or other trails and when u call them they act like they the victims knowing where the ones with the disease it's said it's just money to this team and organization go somewhere where u welcome

If i coud give negative stars i would i Was going to do the inpatient study so excited to help but had to wait for me to get in a crisis situation so I did then they need medical records and pharmacy records which take about two weeks to get I understand that but I was told get in crisis we will evaluate then ok I did but now all a sudden you want me to what two more weeks when I'm in crisis now that puts my mental health and life in jeopardy because you think people in crisis can just tell there symptoms not today no I waited if I would of waited longer I may be dead or lost and to your company that is apparently an acceptable convenience and way to treat mental handy capped individuals not cool I will make sure people understand cenexel is a company that has no standards and lost of life and mental health jeopardy is an acceptable risk for them

I just did a study checking in on January 11, 2023. I wasnt supposed to be done with the entire study until February 19, 2023. I checked out early January 14, 2023. This place DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS! DANIELA IS A TERRIBLE COORDINATOR!!!! She doesnt communicate, she doesnt keep her word and treats you as you if youre not a person. The manager of the facility Margarita is EXTREMELY RUDE and BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND TREATS YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL!!! MARGARITA IS ON A POWER TRIP!! Because Ive been sleep deprived, they starved me for over 15 hours!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE YOULL REGRET!!! They do all these labs, blood draws, and procedures. But have no compassion or consideration for basic human needs! Its very sadThey expect you to hold up your end. While they consistently drop the ball. I promise you will be treated very bad if you do a study. THEY DONT CARE! This was my first study, and I will never do another one. Im beyond traumatized. The behavior of employees is disgusting. Especially MARGARITA & DANIELA. If you go just consider you been warned. If could I would rate this place a -100. Giving it 1 star is beyond generous.

CNS told me I was Bi -Polar as well, even though the only study I have ever done was for the Pfizer COVID vaccine. I see another reviewer had the exact same issuevery weird. I WILL get to the bottom of this Madelyn!!!! HIPPA violation!
