We first met the AWESOME team with Custom Fab USA at SHOT show January 2019. We consider ourselves fortunate to have starting working with them back then and plan on continuing as long as we are in business...which thanks to their HIGH QUALITY will be a long time! The communication, quality, care, and personal relationships that we experience with Custom Fab USA puts them on top of our list for great businesses. We started as a small start up with a lot of previous experience in manufacturing however not working with a third party as we have done it all in-house. What a game changer Custom Fab has been! They have saved us time, money, and many headaches by being so experienced in this sector, easy to work/communicate with, cost competitive, and flexible to work with our changing needs for both material and SKU variety. I could go on but let me stop by saying I can't recommend them enough and if you have the opportunity to work with them consider yourself lucky! We searched all over the US (we refused to outsource to China) and met with 6 other companies from the east coast, middle America, and one other business on the west coast before settling with Custom Fab. WE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION.

They have excellent communication, customer service and on time delivery. Very helpful when you need to prioritize or pull in deliveries. I highly recommend this US based manufacturer for any soft goods industrial sewing needs.

I would recommend CustomFab as a supplier. They have been making items to our specifications for several years. They make about 12 different items for us and to our high standards. They work well with us and are supportive and reactive to our needs.
