        I cant leave 0 starys so ya. The store employee both hung up on me twice. I am out of state and trying to get a family member to pick up my package. I had customer service and the corporate office tell me that as long as the ID has the correct address, they are allowed to take it. The store still wont let it go. They are gladly sending a regional manager down there after I complained to corporate.
