Must go to Jessica! By far the most knowledgeable and helpful agent out there. I had to help my dad apply for Medicare and I had no idea where to start. Jessica helped me step by step and answered any questions I had (which I had a lot). She was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Made it a seamless process. She helped me gather all the forms needed so I could get it right the first time! All the information needed were encrypted which I really appreciate being with all the online scams nowadays! Not only that, when I found out she knows about covered California I decided to have her help me with my own health insurance when I got laid off. Highly recommend!

Ive known Jessica for many years and she is an amazing insurance agent. I know this because she was able to help my Dad find the perfect plan. She is very understanding of her clients needs and takes her time to thoroughly research, in order to provide the best course of action for her clients. Because she is an insurance broker, she works with multiple insurance companies, which allows her clients to choose from a wide variety of plans. Before she ever recommends a plan, she researches all the doctors and all the medications to make sure everything that the client needs and wants are covered. She then does all the paper work for them. She is very detailed in her research and likes to inform her clients of all the advantages and disadvantages to a plan, so that her clients are well informed. After she puts the plan in place, she continuously services her clients throughout the year to ensure that everything is going smoothly and that her clients are happy. Jessica is very talented at what she does. She goes above and beyond in order to meet and always exceeds her clients expectations. I met Jessica at a Medicare event. I wasn't planning on talking to anyone but it was a good thing I did! I had no idea of the navigation it took to get a really customized Medicare plan. I was hesitant to get her help as I thought she probably charged, but no! Her service was free! She did all of the footwork (and I mean ALL of it) and it was not easy. I am so grateful for my happenstance meeting with Jennifer-she made my transition to Medicare a very easy one. I am really happy with my plan.
