We just purchased a home and were in need of getting adequate privacy for all the windows without risking any affect to our newly remodeled interior and decors. There was no better person to help than Rebecca, a real professional with years of experiences in the field of construction and selling window coverings. This was actually my second experience working with her after, she'd fully furnished my business with the most efficient and professional-looking shades, ever. This time around, my wife and I were very selective on needing the right product for our new home. Rebecca was very patient in listening carefully to all the details we'd wished for while making sure, we were comfortable our choices throughout the process. Not only she'd provided such professional expertise on the most current selections but educated us on the more traditional solutions as options. Always, she was prompt with her communications and worked through the entire process making us feel at ease. The most important reminder is her prices were VERY reasonable after vetting 4 other retailers. The moment we accepted the great price, there was always a bit of hesitation that we might get exactly what we paid for. Not here at OC Shutters! Although the wait may be long for our shutters to be manufactured in CA, I was astounded seeing how beautiful they were. All installations were scheduled smoothly and done like a pro, no hassle or mistakes here! Just want to thank you again, for providing us with another exceptional experience. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of this company. We decided to use OC Shutters because of their pricing and their reviews. They came out, measured, and gave us a date. The time came to install and one of the window shutters didn't fit the measured window. The technician left the shutters to give us some privacy and told us that they would need to create a new shutter. The owner contacted me that day to let me know that I would not be charged for the second payment until I had the correct fitted shutter and that my order was being moved to the front of the line. I was contacted (rough when they said they would contact me ) when my order came in and asked when I was available to have the tech come out. Everything was done, and I couldnt be happier with the look. I gave OC Shutters a 5-star review because they kept to their word. I didn't spend my time having to track them down and get multiple updates/excuses. Mistakes happen, and errors occur in any job. How you moved forward from that shows me how good and professional you are as a company. I will use them again should I need their services and recommend them to all my friends and family.
