Amazing experience. I accidentally slipped and broke a window pane and called J & A for service. He gave me a price over the phone and a time hed be at my house. He arrived on time got straight to work and was in and out in about 30 minutes and he charged the price he quoted even though I messed up the dimensions and it was a bit larger piece of glass needed. Awesome service and I highly recommend them.

I called R****** about pricing a 38 x 38 mirror. He sounded pleasant enough on the phone. He gave me a ballpark figure and told me to text him the details. 3 texts, 3 phone calls and 1 email later and no response. Its been 5 days. Everyones busy. When your company is too busy to respond to a simple query then whats the point of running a custom service/product oriented business? A simple were too busy and cant take this job on now or we are busy, but will get back to you later this week would suffice. No communication, especially when the business owner expresses interest initially, is no good.
