We had our 1956 home was in desperate need of an update and addition as our family grew. Sergio was very attentive and thorough with where and how our money would be spent. Our remodel/ addition took 10 weeks and we couldnt be happier even 2 years later.

I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.

Sergio and his build crew from OSH Construction came highly recommended by a friend, and I can highly recommend them as well. They did a fantastic job building/repairing our elevated 12x24 exterior deck. Sergio and the guys delivered on every promise. The crew took great pride in their work and did a superior finishing job. They were always on time or early and kept the grounds neat and tidy at the end of each day and finished ahead of schedule. When any questions came up about the finer points of the design or the basic construction, we talked it through and found a great solution. We are very happy with the results. -Paul C.

We are about 48 days in with our construction and we have been very happy with the progress. Prior to choosing them as our contractor we were invited to see a couple of their current projects which helped us to make an informed decision in hiring them. Ive not heard of that being done before. From day one weve been amazed at how fast and efficient the workers are. Everyday so far, theyve come around 7:30am and finish about 3:30pm. They come ready to work hard and have so far done exceptional work. We would most definitely highly recommend hiring them if youre in need of a contractor.
