I LA LA LA LOVE COMING HERE... The customer service from all the ladies are amazing. They are so welcoming and are there to help with any financial questions you may have. They have a ton of different services they offer. Don't be scared to stop by. The manager of this location """""M A R I B E L L A""""" is the most kindest and friendliest person on this planet. I always appreciate her help with all the courtesy reminder calls and just anything I specifically need. If you are ever in the area, stop by and check them out! Thanks for being totally awesome guys!!!

I have always gone here for short term loans or just to cash a check! NEVER EVER have I had any issues with any of the wonderful Ladies there! Believe it or not, I am in and out within a heart beat. The main Lady, she is super friendly and will go out of her way to accommodate or help you... The second young lady i deal with, is just as helpful. Maybe its a  bit outdated, but other then that, they are a great place to go too if you ever need any help!!! Again, everyone this is my experience, and I am EXTREMELY happy with this place!!

A very racist store with terrible customer service. The lady working receptionist should be fired and I hope the owner sees this. I walked in to get a payday loan and she asked for bank statement, paystub, personal blank check, ID. She then looked at me as if I was stupid and I kindly said "yes I have it." I supplied all the documents. She looked at my bank statement and immediately started shaking her head and talking to herself and told me my bank statement was fake. Keep in mind I printed this bank statement from my bank branch down the street on Chapman Ave and The City Drive. She then said she doesnt see the deposit on my bank statement. She has eyes but she did not want to use them because she thought a person of color cannot make more than her. She probably makes 20 dollars per hour max, so how can you judge others? You don't make much. Very sad. I hope the owner fires her for this kind of service. Please go back to your paisUna tienda muy racista con un pésimo servicio al cliente. La señora que trabaja como recepcionista debería ser despedida y espero que el dueño vea esto. Entré para obtener un préstamo de día de pago y me pidió un extracto bancario, talón de pago, cheque personal en blanco, identificación. Luego me miró como si fuera un estúpido y amablemente dije "sí, lo tengo". Entregué todos los documentos. Miró mi extracto bancario e inmediatamente comenzó a sacudir la cabeza y a hablar consigo misma y me dijo que mi extracto bancario era falso. Tenga en cuenta que imprimí este extracto bancario de mi sucursal bancaria al final de la calle en Chapman Ave y The City Drive. Luego dijo que no ve el depósito en mi extracto bancario. Tiene ojos pero no quería usarlos porque pensaba que una persona de color no puede hacer más que ella. Probablemente gana 20 dólares por hora como máximo, entonces, ¿cómo puedes juzgar a los demás? No ganas mucho. Muy triste. Espero que el dueño la despida por este tipo de servicio. Por favor vuelve a tu pais
