I have been working with Jeanine for a year now. I can't say enough good things about her. I tried, unsuccessfully, for six years to get assistance for my child who continued to fall further behind each year. I finally contacted Jeanine who turned things around and made such a difference in our family's life. Within a few months, my child began receiving services from the school and showed growth in all areas. Jeanine was upfront with her costs and services, and her prices are very fair. I appreciated that she replied to my request for information immediately. Even a year later, I can count on Jeanine to get back to me the same day if not within the hour. She is so easy to work with, and she really knows so much about schools and the special education process and services. Jeanine connected us with other professionals who were also so dedicated to doing what is best for the child. Jeanine is a wealth of information and understands the perspective of the parents and the schools and is able to navigate it skillfully to do what is best for the child. My relationships with school staff improved greatly once Jeanine began advocating on our behalf. My only regret is not contacting her sooner. Hands down Jeanine is AMAZING!! Ive been fighting with my sons school for years and was at my last straw. I called and spoke to Jeanine she walked me through everything. She came with us to our sons IEP, and got everything we asked for. We were in shock! 10/10 get her!
