        I normally adore this store but today I had a horrible experience with the “ store manger “ Anna . She was extremely rude when serving my ice cream she even was throwing the ice cream cups and cones because she didn’t understand what I asked for . Then she also wouldn’t hand me my change and threw my receipt on the counter before storming off . I think as a family company you should pride yourselves in customer service and with a manger like that the integrity of the store is questionable. No store manger should display that type of rude behavior I’m very disappointed in the level of disrespect from a manger of this store .

        The manager or supervisor that works in this store is outstanding. He is a young hispanic kid and one of the best employees I have ever met. This man is polite and very helpful. This type of service to customers I thought had disappeared during the pandemic but seems to live with this store. I will be visting this store more often. Thank yoiu
