This place was the only one open on a holiday and the people that work there took excellent care of me and are very nice. I had a kernel stuck deep in between my gums and the dentist was able to dislodge it no problem.

Called and was able to come in for fiancé's emergency cracked tooth at 8:50pm on Sunday night. He was seen by 9:16pm for a consult and X-rays. I didn't know what to expect but I found that Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I arrived before him and they asked helpful questions to get him set up as much as possible. I was surprised by the kind communication by all of the staff especially for the time of night.Waiting area is well lit, reasonably comfortable. Volume and genre of music was reasonable, 94.7 the wave tonight.I observed front desk staff speaking patiently and helpfully n English and Spanish to people over the phone as well as to a few walk in patients. I would be willing to hire them to work in my office based on what I saw of their customer care. My fiancé was satisfied with his care, diagnosis and treatment which resulted in getting his damaged tooth pulled. This is consistent with his previous dental work at other dental offices. He was done with his extraction by 10:08pm with a follow up and medication set up. The back was busy and the building is a bit older with some updates to the interior. I read about some other issues in other reviews and did not find our experience to be similar. Never know what you're gonna get with low cost dental care, but I'm glad we were able to find help here tonight.

This place is by far the worst dentists office I've ever been too. Just to start off the review with a Covid perspective and to say that I recognise the struggle of small businesses. Only 1 employee was wearing her mask correctly, nothing was clean or sanitised. Blasted music and tv in the lobby so I couldn't hear myself think. Gross lobby. Waited 4 hours to be told I needed to pay $7000 for a broken tooth and needed a bone implant from a cadaver (dead person). After seeking a second opinion from another dentist that said I didn't need any kind of surgery that this place recommended.The only good thing I can say about this place is that it's open on days and times most emergency dentists offices are closed. Unfortunately they use this time to scam desperate and economically impoverished people.

Lets just say... You e been warned. Plan on it taking a hood portion of your day, and if you're really lucky you get to come back or get rescheduled over and over again. A good business absolute best to take care of a customer a great business comes from great leadership from the top down, an employee retention from the bottom up this place has neither. All you have to remember is you get what you pay for if it's the best deal in town it's probably not worth the price of admission and that certainly is in my opinion in this case.

This place sucks sucks sucks. Soooo unprofessional and they make you wait too long to see someone! I'm new to California so it's shocking to me that I've had two visits with them and their time management is ridiculous! Like what the hell!!! Never been to a dentist that I had to wait over 30mins to see a doctor. My first visit was even more ridiculous! I get there and I'm screaming and moaning of extreme pain... they decide to take their time with every little thing as if they are all confused. The doctor comes up and starts making jokes as if that's going to ease my pain. My irritation level was up to a 100. I definitely do not recommend this place if u are in serious pain. My second appointment was to review the extraction they did the first visit. Get there on time but kept sitting and waiting on them... after 50mins of wait time I got pissed and asked what the hell is going on. They kept giving me the run around talking about the doctor is busy. So I asked then why make me wait this long? Straight hot mess in that office. Got soooo pissed and annoyed I just walked out! Fucking disrespectful making someone wait soooo long for an appointment that would have been only 15mins or less! Never going there again and I felt very offended!
