I'll begin by saying that I have never left a bad review no matter how terrible the experience. Ever. I made an appointment to ask about three toothaches I had. My dentist told me that he wouldn't be able to tell until he got my old fillings removed. So we made three separate appointments for them. I thought it was strange that we were making three separate appointments for just three teeth but I didn't mind. I found out during my next appointment through reception that I had six cavities they wanted to fill in. In confusion, I asked why the dentist didn't tell me during my last appointment to which the reception told me that he did. Basically calling me a liar. We had another unpleasant exchange slightly earlier to this conversation but I don't want to leave an entire essay so I won't mention it for now.Also, to make matters worse, two other employees kept snickering at me during this whole exchange. It was very unprofessional and just rude. If a patient was confused about a procedure they're scheduled for, they deserve an explanation and honestly, an apology for the miscommunication because it's not fun to be surprised in the way that I was and LAUGHED at for it. I'm not coming back here and I don't recommend anyone else to come here either.
