Beware with this office. Every time I come for cleaning they always find something wrong. I told them, that since I am already 75 years old, I don't want to do anything unless I feel hurt or uncomfortable. What I want is just cleaning. The dental hygienist told me that I do a very good job cleaning my teeth. The last time I came for cleaning, the hygienist said the same thing but when I came to the front office, they told me I need a full mouth deep cleaning . The hygienist didn't even measure my deep pockets, how can they said that I need full mouth deep cleaning!!

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and I love it. I tried it out first and since then have brought my husband and two kids to see Dr. Ibrahim. She has such a gentle hand and truly cares for her patients. She is wonderful with kids. She explains things that make it easier for them to understand, kind, and sweet. Her staff reflects the type of attitude that she has which is putting people first. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone!

This place is terrible! -Nobody knows what's going on-The doctor is rude-Expect to wait a long time even when you have a a scheduled appointment -Be cautious because you will be billed even if they say you won't!Awful experience! I came in inquiring about Invisalign and was told the consultation would be free. Dr. Ibraham could not decide if my case would be an express case or need extra time. I was told that they needed to send impressions to Invisalign to decide my case. I specifically asked if I would be charged for the impressions and was told by staff that I would NOT be charged. I was told I would be contacted in 2 weeks with the decision. After 3 weeks I called their office to follow up and was told the impressions haven't come back. I was then told by the staff I need to come in. When asked why, the staff said the doctor needs to talk to you. I asked again why since my impressions haven't come back. After being on hold 45mins and speaking to 3 different staff members I finally was told to come in because they need photos to send to Invisalign. Fine but why couldn't I be told this 45 mins ago?! A week later I get a call that they received my impressions. Great! I asked if I qualify for the express case. They told me I did and to come in the discuss the details with Dr. Ibraham. I had to wait an hour before seeing the doctor for my scheduled appointment! The doctor came in annoyed, she opened patient files in front of me, told me she could do the express case BUT my teeth would still be crooked and should be an extended case. I told her the only reason I came in was because I was told by her staff that I qualified as an express case. She became irritated, and stated that her staff doesn't know what they are talking about and not to listen to them. This is what she thinks of her staff?! Before I left, I explicitly asked the front staff with the doctor present if my insurance would be billed for anything and I was told, no. I just received a bill from my insurance!DO NOT COME HERE!

Dr. Ibrahim and staff are amazing. I've been going here for 2 years now and the service is outstanding. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ibrahim has done my routine cleanings every time and she gives me the most thorough cleaning every time. She is gentle, kind, and doesn't push a lot of unnecessary dental expenses on you. I love my dentist!! I highly recommend this office to everyone I know.

When I found out Dr. Chi was no longer the dentist here, I was a little nervous to be honest. I don't trust too many with my dental work, but after my first encounter with the new staff/dentists, I was extremely satisfied. Everyone is very friendly & professional and the dentists are incredibly thorough during consultations. So far I have had a surgical implant, deep cleaning and a root canal here and they were all easy, painless procedures. I can not thank Dr. Ibrahim and her knowledgeable staff enough! They also work with you for payment plans, which is great, and the girls at the front desk are awesome!
