Ka was super friendly, helpful, and efficient! I was building a (AMD) PC since every one of my friends recommended me to build but started having issues when I was trying to figure out where the cables go and installing the gpu. I found him on Google, and after calling him to explain my problem, I got an appointment right away. He helped me assess, organize, troubleshoot, and finish everything in an hour and a half and was really fun to converse with throughout (that I didn't even notice an hour had passed). Ka also helped me learn more about the parts of my PC and how it works (since I'm a total beginner) and answered any questions I had. I'll definitely come back if I have any more issues!! :) (psst his little coworker Blackie is super cute too!)

Ka is really knowledgeable and passionate about computers. I think I know a bit more than the average Joe, just enought to get myself in trouble, but Ka is an expert. I took in my gaming desktop after I accidentally corrupted the bios on the motherboard trying to do a bios flash update. Unfortunately it's a common issue on the motherboard I had. Ka was super patient and tried manually updating the bios chip with a programmer. He even bought a different kind of connector to see if he could salvage the motherboard. He took the time to explain everything and give me options to get my system working again. Unfortunately, the motherboard was beyond fixing and needed to be upgraded anyways. Ka gave me some good recommendations and what to look for in purchasing a new motherboard. Once I got the new board from Amazon, he pulled out all the parts and put it all back together with the new motherboard. He even upgraded the system to Windows 11. What he charged me for his services was also very reasonable considering the effort he put in to troubleshoot the issue. Super helpful, super knowledgable, definitely recommended!

Fast service and was eager to save me money. I had been told by the manufacturer and geek squad that I needed an entirely new motherboard. $400 alone for the board. KA took a quick look, saw a connector was broken and immediately ordered it. Computer has worked perfectly ever since!
