Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing

I would love to rate this a 5 star company and product. Unfortunately, the pregnancy I purchased hypnobabies for ended in late term miscarriage. I was able to pause my access to courses while we tried to conceive again. That was kind of them. However, my body had different plans for me. After a couple more miscarriages, I was told it was better to stop trying. Mind you, I had not even had the chance to listen or read through the course. I reached out and tried to get even a partial refund as I'm unable to use the product and unable to pass it along to someone else. I also requested to stop receiving emails. Neither of my requests have been acknowledged. I wouldn't have even done a review, but since I've continuously unsubsidized and still got an email to leave a review, I thought I'd share my experience. Money is clearly more important than customer service, and the utter disregard for my feelings about being reminded of my infertility are despicable.

I love hypnobabies! It was the best decision I ever made. I knew I wanted a natural child birth for my first child and found hypnobabies through my birth center. I couldnt get into a class based on timing and availability so I took the self study course and was worried it wouldnt be enough, but I trusted the reviews of other moms and stuck to it. I can honestly say without a doubt I had the most beautiful birth experience and it was better than I envisioned. I tell other moms my story and they cant believe how POSITIVE and EASY I made it sound. My husband tells our birth story as well to friends and colleagues that have asked and they just think I must have a high pain tolerance and was really lucky. He just smirks. Now Im preparing for my second child and we did the class together to have some added bonding time and because he wanted to support me and the process even better than the first time. Hes a true believer as well after our first experience. Im actually EXCITED to give birth! How many moms say that?!
