This is the worst experience with contractors ever. The first group of guys they sent came in the morning and impatiently rang my doorbell several times in a row waking both my kids and my roommate up withOUT even the common decency of a phone call to give me a heads up. They staged all of their equipment at my house and threw a bag of flooring material on my kitchen counter where we were getting ready to eat, said they were running to Home Depot because they unprepared and didn't bring the fans to do their job so they had to run out and get new one. Home Depot is 5 minutes up the road. They left and didn't come back and I put my entire day on hold for them to do my flooring. I spoke and talked to Monique the dispatcher and Tony the owner about the situation and the failure to communicate. They sent another team out, Alfredo, which at first seemed better to work but ended up being extremely difficult to talk to, 0 communication on how long it was going to take him to complete the job. He ended up leaving a spot under my fridge and my stove uncompleted because they "didn't have time". When they went on their lunch breaks, they left tools and supplies thrown about my house like it was a fenced in worksite, highly unprofessional and dangerous (pictures attached below); keeping in mind my kids were playing in the house at the time. Monique was easy to talk to, Tony the owner was easy to talk to. The workers were rude and inappropriate and really did not seem to know what they were doing. The worst part of it is the job was estimated to take 4 and a half hours and ended up taking 3 days and 3 other times having to come repair my toilet because although they took it apart fine, they couldn't manage to put it back together correctly, so it leaked everywhere when flushed.
