        First time going in person to a CitiBank and this location was THE BEST. Ive been locked out of my account for 2+ weeks and was having trouble with customer service calls. Things were getting frustrating.. It wasnt a long wait to recieve help and Mickey Ngo spent her valuable time helping me handle the situation and successfully revived my account! Best customer service Ive ever had at any bank branch! THANK YOU MICKEY! (:

        Cant even check the background properly. Gave them the leasing agreement to verify a new address. Received mail to that address from them in a few days stating that they can verify my address.

        I never write reviews but this branch has some extreme issues with customer service. I was asked to call a branch so I can set up a new business account, but when you try calling any of them no one ever picks up.. So I called the branch while I was standing in the branch to show them that they are asking me to do something that cant be done. When I showed them my phone both employees from that point on just looked at the computer screen in shame and didnt want to make eye contact with me anymore. Then the Head Concierge came over and yelled at me telling me they have customers to help like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. Fact is I was a 17 plus year customer who is now banking elsewhere. If Citi feels the need to respond with a sorry about your experience.. No Im sorry.
