I love how affordable they are, and the staff are very kind helpful and fast at getting your vehicle insured! Definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!

MANAGER GABY will NOT return any calls. She called me once to discuss the complaint. I was at work and did not get the call. I called three days in a row after, every employee stating I'll let her know and then hanging up the phone without my name or number. IMMATURE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. They seem like scammers. I was charged $125 in order to start insurance with them, then never got any notification nor real instruction on how to make my first payment. I called this location to ask them why I never got any email, mailed letter or phone call regarding how to make my first payment. My phone was broken with a black screen & I just recently got a new one a few days ago. After listening to my voice-mail, I got one phone call on the LAST day to make a payment (my phone was not working). They only tried contacting me once & now want $125 more to restart insurance. Very unprofessional and they will give you no notifications or warning, until it is too late so that way you can pay the initial fee again. UPDATE: I just got a text reminder MANY days later after writing this review that my insurance plan was canceled. If Fred Loya can text me that .. you want me to believe they can't text me, call me or even MAIL ME A LETTER TO PAY???? I should be making my first payment already, NOT another initial payment.

Honestly this location has great customer service ! Not only do they keep it real , they treat you like your human !! Big thumbs up!
