While I was waiting for the green light, just like other drivers, before an intersection, all the sudden, I heard a "Bang" and I felt a shock --somebody's car just hit the rear part of my SUV.
We went to the "Global Collision Center" of Garden Grove, CA, after the Nissan dealers gave us some advice on how to fix the damage. They suggested us to go to Nissan's partner Global Collision Center.
Here came Mr. Zachary G., with a professional manner and a calm attitude.
He listened to what happened, took some pictures, and input the related information.
He asked a mechanic technician to test drive my SUV and had him give some idea to fix the crack.
He even patiently explained the different ways people deal with accidents.
When the other driver left, Mr. Zachary went above and beyond in helping me communicate with the other party's Infinity insurance company, by providing vital information needed, making clear the cause of the accident, and even translating the insurance company lady's words to me. As an English-learner from SW Japan, it was difficult for me to understand this kind of oral English from a phone to start with.
Today is Not a lucky day because my SUV got hit.
Yet, today is my lucky day because I have Mr. Zachary there to help, a person with a warm heart, a calm attitude, a neutral position, a patient endeavour, and the professional conduct. Many Thanks!
