Just stay away from this guys as far as you can. we hired them on 3/15/2018 to install a chimney, the installer showed up at noon and was working on it till 9pm, he was very rude and very loud, the only reason that i didn't kick him out of the house was because we needed to be done that day. my mistake because he did such a poor job and i ended up hiring someone else to come and finish his work the next day. because I am an small business owner myself, i decided to share the experience with their management team before writing any review, so i called and spoke with the manager on 3/16/2018 and he apologized for the tribule experience we had and told me that we get $140 refund to make up for the money that i had to pay the second contractor. after that i followed up on 3/20/2018 and he said the accounting department is informed and will issue the check ASAP i called and text on 4/2/2018 then again on 4/10/2018 then 4/16/2018 and 2 times today 4/23/2018 and none of my calls was returned. this is so frustrating and very unprofessional way to treat a client.

Mauricio and his assistant installed 3 appliances in our newly remodeled kitchen. They were not only able to accommodate our busy schedule, but were also prompt and clean! We were happy to have Mauricio as our installer because of his professionalism. I will call & request him again.....Our kitchen looks great, and for that we thank you!!

I am so happy that I went with Long's Appliances Installer.  They were referred to me by Howard's Appliance in Tustin.  I bought a range hood, a dishwasher, and cooktop at Howard's Appliance. Called the installer company and set up an appointment with Alex.  Alex was very professional and accommodating to my request.  Alex then sent the installers to pick up the appliances and came to my house on time.   The installers, Trung came to my house with his helper and installed all 3 items perfectly.  They were very prompt, polite and clean; and since they had to cut my granite countertop to fit in the cooktop, they were very reasonable with the additional fee.  Trung also hauled away my old appliances. I am a very nit-picky person and Trung details and his craft is on point.  I highly recommend Long's Appliances for your appliance installation needs.

I purchased from Howard's and paid for Long's installation.Installer did not know what they were doing and did not follow factory instructions and threw away critical parts necessary to complete the installation.  Contacted Long's and was not helpful.

What a wonderful run company by Alex.  Alex is so sincere is making sure you get scheduled to your liking and he is genuinely dedicated to each and every customer being happy.    Love their dedication to making every customer's experience a great one and I am super picky and I am very impressed and very happy.  Peter, their star installer, is exceptional at all he does from installing my new gas cooktop to putting in new electrical to accommodate the gas cook top's electrical igniter.  A very professional and respectful company. They follow up and show up when they say they will.  Fair rates and on time every time.  I got my cooktop 2 days before Christmas installed on a Friday and they did that just to make me happy.  Love this company so much.  If you want the best go choose call Long's:  714-709-0299.   Thank you from Robin, Laguna Hills, CA.
