Beach Creek Resort Apartments

I lived at Beach Creek Resort Apartments for almost 3 years. I wish I could have stayed longer; moving to Beach Creek Resorts was one of the best decisions I've made in years. There are so many things to love about this place: the facility is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, there is always parking for guests, and the whole facility feels safe. Most importantly, the staff that run and maintain BCRA (Sarita, Jason, Jesse, etc.) are the friendliest and most professional people you'll ever meet. They're always available to answer questions and respond to maintenance requests very quickly. They clearly take pride in what they do and work hard to make BCRA a great place to live. As great as BCRA is, I will say that the apartment I lived in was insulated in such a way that the winters were somewhat cold, and the summers were somewhat hot. That being said, Southern California's climate is so mild year-round that this is not an insurmountable issue by any means. The other downside to BCRA is that the area immediately outside the apartment complex can feel a bit seedy. Happily though, the seediness of the adjacent area never seems to make its way past the gates of the facility itself. In summary, the overwhelming appeal of living at Beach Creek Resort Apartments far outweighs the downsides, and I'd easily recommend Beach Creek Resort Apartments to anyone looking for a pleasant place to live.

I simply love love this location. We recently moved into a bigger place in Corona. I miss beach creek so very much. Sarita and Jason the mgmt team are just amazing. The maintenance guys always go above and beyond. Very professional in everything they do. Somehow I always make my way back to them.

I lived here for 3 years and I loved everything about this place. Starting from the manager, Sarita! Shes an amazing manager, she will make you feel welcomed from day one! To the landscaping and maintenance crew, they are so attention to detail! Jessie, one of the maintenance crew goes above and beyond to assist with your maintenance needs, their turn around time is amazing! Their landscaping is absolutely sightseeing, very well kept. If I ever move back to this city, without a heartbeat, this is where I will be moving back to- no doubt!

Update Aug, 2022: Beach Creek has been my home for more than 16 years. I love the mallard duck families that grow up here every year. I also am privileged to see hummingbirds nesting on my balcony every year. It is a secret garden of lush plants with trickling creeks and waterfalls around the homes. Wildlife love our haven. Some of the critter residents are pond Koi fish and turtles, hummingbirds, morning doves, mallard ducks, squirrels, racoons, and opossums. The landscaping was designed to conserve water and the plants flower year round. The butterflies and dragonflies are beautiful to watch. I plan to live here for many more years. It is truly my home.
