        My review is based on the dealings with the ken gross lady or Mrs gross, she did not keep her word on any of the estimates that I was given over the phone and insisted on fabricating stories, at one point I felt like I was being gas lighted, she had the audacity to call me rude after I challenged her fabrication of lies and stories, I would not trust anything she says she is bad for business

        OMG!! I called Ken Gross Water Wells & Pumps this morning at 8:50, they rang my doorbell at 8:55! This did my heart good, I'm not surprised, every time we've called them they have amazed us with their service. One time they were scheduled to come out and look at our well, we needed to leave so I called to see when they were expecting to come out, they had already been here! I only wish I could get a fraction of this service from the companies. Good work Ken Gross!
