Sirak Workneh Cosmetic Dentistry

I was recommended to this office by my sister and I'm glad she did. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Workneh is awesome I had a tooth pulled and I was in and out of there less than 45min. I definitely recommend his office to anyone who's looking for a clean facility and great service. He also has an office in Sacramento.

Horrible customer service. The girl on the phone hung up on me because she was annoyed that my insurance wasn't what she kept repeating like a parrot. Instead of just saying "we used to accept this but no longer do" or something more productive, she got attitude and hung up. Claimed her name was Carol and that she was the manager. But I will be finding out correct information so everyone knows not to come here and will be reporting to anyone and everyone.

My first time seeing Dr. Sirak Workneh. My wait was short and the office was super clean. Claudia was such a great help. I got an appointment within a week. I live in Elk Grove and do not mind the drive for this dentist.

I am astonished at how professional and thorough Dr. Workneh and his staff were/are. Truly night and day compared to my previous dentist. From the moment I called his office, I was put at ease. They were able to see me quickly as I was having a dental emergency and even worked with me financially until my insurance kicked in(WOW!) Upon arrival, his office is rather cute with ample parking. Inside had a bright atmosphere, no medical smell but also very clean(no dust even), waiting room was well spaced and included a TV to ease anxiety. As a new patient, I was in the back in less than 20 minutes even with paperwork time included. X-ray tech was kind and gentle during the process. Dr. Workneh was able to give me a diagnosis, treatment plan and even various options to choose from. I've never felt so cared about at a dental office in all my life. Can't wait to move forward to a more comfortable smile with Dr. Workneh and his staff!
