Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Elk Grove

Called Heaven's Best Carpet cleaning to have a coffee stain removed from my area rug. Christian responded promptly and arrived on time for the cleaning. The stain wasn't fully removed and Christian came back a second time to try and get it out. We realized that the area rug is 70% cotton / 30% polyester and not vice versa. Christian recommended us to a specialist as the rug is mostly cotton. He issued a refund even though he visited our home twice to try and remove the stain. Service: Area rug cleaning

I'm really impressed with the results of this carpet cleaning service. My dog started marking inside my house and I wasn't able to get rid of the smell. Christian was somehow able to get my ten year old carpets looking and smelling new. He showed up on time, was friendly and professional. And the carpets were dry within about an hour (in March, when it's still pretty cold).
