Raul was super helpful and very nice. It was a pleasure working with him. He answered all the inquiries I had about the car I was purchasing. I definitely would recommend anyone to see Raul. He was great! I will be back to purchase any of my future cars with him. Also, the managers here are very helpful too. Thanks everyone for a great experience!

This place is dishonest and they don't care about their customers. Within 1-2 days of purchasing a car from here, we started experiencing serious engine troubles so we brought this to their attention. They promised to fix the issues (not sure why they weren't aware of these serious issues to begin with). They made the excuse that the car came from another lot, so it was clear they didn't inspect the car properly before trying to sell it. They continued to avoid our texts and phone calls and completely avoided us altogether in trying to get ahold of them. I would recommend this place if you want to deal with dishonest people that don't care about their customers and only care about a sale.

Purchased this car from Raul Alegria. Everything about the experience was pleasant. The dealership was busy (typical for a Saturday) however the staff worked together to make sure we all received the attention and customer service we needed. Overall pleasant experience which isnt common when purchasing a car. I would recommend this business to friends and family. LOVE my new ride!

This is the 2nd post of mine. The 1st post was taken down by me at the STRONG REQUEST from the dealership. I posted less than one star, because I purchase a vehicle from this dealership, within three weeks of purchasing this vehicle it needed major repairs. I contacted the dealership and they said they would take care of the repairs, if I remove the negative post. They said they would reimburse me for repair cost for having the exhaust system fixed. After I took down the post then they came up with bunch of excuses not to reimburse me. Now I have a transmission problem. I am filing a complaint with the state of california about this matter. DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this dealership. They DO NOT care about customer service. They only care about making money.
