        They manage security at my apartment complex in Riverside. I’ve seen them only a handful of times in the middle of the day when nothing is happening, but never at night when people are literally partying in the streets, or when my neighbors apartment was getting broken into, or when my car was broken into in the secured garage, or when a bunch of other people’s cars got broken into. They’re like a lawn sign that says beware but there’s nothing to beware about.
