I am very grateful that I was referred to Mark for my home purchase. As a first-time buyer, he counseled me throughout the process and was extremely responsive (including in the evenings). I intend to work with Mark again in the future and would definitely refer him to others!

We had the best experience with Menconi Associates. Mark Menconi Jr. made the process easy and enjoyable and we are beyond happy with our new home. We felt supported every step of the way and he was always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions we had at any time. I am so excited that I have an opportunity to share my experience with Menconi and Associates. From start to finish Mark provided professional, personable and competent service. Mark and Nicole treated us with respect. For me respect is not isolated to tone and word choice but extends to whether you keep your word and meet deadlines. Mark and Nicole did just that.
