Natalie Wyatt, LMFT is the bees knees. Seriously a 180 from the therapist I was seeing. I'm 30 years old, married, no kiddos and just trying to cope with life. She's definitely a good fit for me. I encourage anyone else who's in search of a therapist to call and schedule with one of the providers in this office!

To this day Mr. Blair Roberts remains to be one of the best therapists I've known. He gave me tools that I still use today to help better my well-being. I saw Mr. Roberts when I was 16 years old, and am now nearly 25, and I still think of him often and all that he helped me through. Only reason I stopped going to see him when I was a teenager was because of some obscure change that occurred with my insurance - not due to any fault of this office. And due to the insight I gained during my appointments with Mr. Roberts, I was no longer crippled by what I had originally seen him for and felt free to fly and excel in my studies and personal life. In my own opinion and thoughts, he was and is a Godsend. If you struggle with anxiety, specifically, I can tell you that Mr. Roberts, in my experience, utilized the right formulas of cognitive behavioral therapy for me and changed my life for the better. I hope to call and schedule my first appointment back with him very soon, as I know that there's even more I've to learn and benefit from in therapy. :)

I am not sure how the office I had communicated within Huntington Beach had managed to schedule an appointment with my son and chose a Male Doctor after I had specifically asked for only a woman, but it did not go very well at all.  An email was sent to my son with an appointment set for today; Saturday, August 03, 2019 at 4 pm in Fullerton.  Unfortunately, my son who is disabled and suffers from depression and anxiety did not send it to me to review and we both thought he would be seeing a Women Doctor when we arrived.  Any way my fault for not reviewing the email!  We arrived at the office an hour early to finish the paperwork and to make sure we were on time.  At 4 pm someone opened the door for the waiting room, looked in and then left.  10 min later it happened again.  At 23 min after I noticed a sign saying to turn on a switch for the doctor you are seeing and I did not see any Female doctors listed, so at that point, I read my sons email and realized we were to see a Male.  I then turned on his light and about 7 min later he opens the door and I realize it was the same individual that opened the door earlier and never said a word to us.  I asked him if he knew he was meeting with us and he said yes, but did not know we were his appointment. Confused by this since it was a Saturday and we were alone in the building, I am now seeing red!  I asked him what happens next and he said: "I guess I can still see you".  I then turned to my son and asked him if he wanted to still see him and he said no.  He was expecting a female doctor and it did not help that this person did not ask us who we were there to see.  He only pointed at the light switches and said we were to push the buttons to let him know we were here.  Now my son's anxiety is on overload due to the this and he sees I am very upset.  My son for years has been bullied, ignored and made to feel like less of a man, due to his COMPLEXION and DISABILITY.  This Male only added to his depression and anxiety with his actions and lack of communication.  I brought my son to get help, not to add to his disillusion and mistrust with society.  I recommend if you are a person of color, that you pick someone else.  I am not sure of his reasons or intentions, but it was truly unprofessional and borderline malpractice.
